All our orders have a flat rate of $5 shipping within Australia.

We send via Australia Registered post. You can check on your order with a tracking ID, once it leaves Angus & Celeste and it’s on it’s way. A signature is required upon delivery. Please allow between 2-10 days for delivery. Please ensure that your supplied address correct and accurate, (clear flat/unit numbers or business address’). Feel free to add an additional note to us, upon checkout.

International Shipping

A Flat rate of $25 is added at the checkout for shipping on all small items.
(All jewellery, small botanic bottles, single wall tiles)

All of our products come in our unique gift boxes (for hanging planters, all vases, bracelets, earrings & necklaces) OR our lovely linen gift pouches (for rings, bottle necklaces)

If you’d like shipment or delivery any other way, please ask prior to purchase and we will get back to you.

Quality & Refunds

Angus & Celeste make every effort to ensure that all of our products look as close to the photographic representations displayed on our website.

As our products are handmade we consider subtle variations in colour and size to be normal and part of what makes our product unique. If you believe that the product you receive is faulty or damaged in any particular way then you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. This must be returned to us within 7 days.

Products must be returned to us in perfect condition and have incurred no damage in transit. Your postage costs will be refunded upon our receival of your return.

Returns/Exchanges

Items may be returned for change of mind reasons. They must be returned to us within 7 days.

Items may be exchanged for another item/items that are as close to/or the same value as the original purchase. Items may only be exchanged/returned by the person who was responsible for the original purchase.

Any extra postage costs or discrepancy in the difference of price (if greater) will be paid by the customer and settled with Angus & Celeste directly.
